This is a very special parts catalog titled Repair Catalog No. 56-R. It contains a compilation of information on early unstyled and styled "G" and "GM" tractors. This Repair Catalog is laid out a littel diffrent than other parts catalogs. Parts listings are grouped by function rathen than location, this layout facilitates making parts list with number counts. Hardware lists include numbers of parts required, so a restorer could easly know how many 1/2" washers are required and where they go. The catalog features a heavy stock cover with the early design. The pages inside are printed on heavy sepia toned paper with "cleaned" images. This Tractor Manual is drilled to fit either the original John Deere post binder or a standard 3 ring binder. Dir.
