Returning store or website purchases by mail:
note: Postage for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
To return your store or website purchase through the mail, please follow steps 1-4 below.

Include a note or letter containing the following information:
• Name, address, daytime phone number.
• Photocopy of the store receipt (keep original for your records). Reimbursement will be in
the same method of payment.
• Let us know if you want to return or exchange the items.

Package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.

Mail the package back insured to the address below:

Please allow a minimum of 30 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding deliver and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Purchases must be refunded back to orignal form of payment due to government regulations. When a credit card is used for the original purchase and is no longer valid for the return, credit will be given in the form of a store credit.

Timeline for returns:
If, within 6 Months of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us in resellable condition for a refund. Your purchase is guaranteed. |

Refunding delivery charges:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery and handling fees placed on catalog or online orders. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Postage for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid, undeliverable, or incorrectly submitted address the cost of reshipping the package is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
